Common questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the link in the email. If the email doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder or email us.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, then SubscriptionsBrushQuote. You can cancel, change plan, or view billing history there.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally, open BrushQuote → Settings → Billing, and tap Restore purchases.

My customer did not receive the proposal email.

Ask them to check their spam and promotions folders. If it's still missing, resend from the proposal detail screen in BrushQuote. Email us if the issue persists.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
